The delivery door air curtain must deliver air at a velocity of 1600 fpm at a height of 3' above the floor. 6. A construction guide has been issued with this plan correction. All issues not otherwise addressed by this plan correction must be resolved according to the guidelines set forth therein. 7. The number of lockers provided shall be equal, or greater than the number of workers assigned to a peak shift 8. The soda line must have an RP style anti -backflow device mounted upstream of the carbonator. From the RP onward all piping or tubing must be non reactive such as PVC. 9. Snack Bar, Bakery, Deli/Rotisserie and Meat Department Preparation areas must be fully enclosed within the warehouse setting. 10. Certified air balance reports will be required for the snack bar and rotisserie area exhaust hoods prior to final approval. CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS: Contact the Plan Checker for a Preliminary Inspection when constriction is approximately 80% complete, with plumbing, rough ventilation, and rough equipment installed.
