This letter is to inform you that the Design and Development Department has
approved the Substantial Conformance request received from MDS Consulting, Inc.
The Design and Development Department has determined that changes shown on
the Substantial Conformance No. 1 exhibit dated July 5, 2018 substantially conform
to the Tentative Tract Map. The grading plan will need to show how the pad elevation
reductions relate to the existing landscape lot which is owned by others. No grading
is permitted within the landscape lot until proof of concurrence by the landscape lot
owner is provided.
