Dear Mr. and Mrs. Forster,
The Architectural Committee reviewed your submission for the following:
Install pocket sliding doors across the back of the residence and modify window above front door.
Your submission as presented, is approved contingent on the following:
• Any damage to the common area caused during this construction shall be repaired by the Owner to the
satisfaction of the Association.
• All work is to be done in accordance with all applicable requirements of governmental entities,
including the City of La Quinta and in accordance with all Homeowners Association
Architectural/Landscape Guidelines and governing documents.
• If required, a City of La Quinta building permit will be obtained and copy furnished to the Association
prior to commencement of work.
• No other structural changes are approved with this submission.
Once completed, please submit a "Notice of Completion" and the Association's Architect will schedule an
inspection so we can process your deposit for return.
