The proposed scope of work is acceptable in accordance with the Architectural Guidelines, Homeowner's Association CC&R's, Maintenance and Indemnity Agreement and all subject to the following conditions and requirements. Particular attention must be made to the grade where it adjoins the neighbor's unit to the South so that water does not enter that home.
