7.
Dear Mr. Trousdell;
Regarding our Marbella project, Century Homes hereby requests approval-of a• ,
FDCP stockpile permit. The proposed movement of dirt for this project stems from our
finish grading operation. When the. rough pulls are done prior to grading the final swells
and contours, as estimated 20 to 30 yards are generated per house. This dirt then needs to '
be'removed to an off-site location. ,
The disposal site is.adjacent to our project and is a future subdivision site we 1
currently plan to development in a joint venture with the land owner. 's .
Should you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to call me at
(909) 381-6007.
Sincerely,. .ir.
