contractor requested a revision to the foundation plans to allow for a Two Pour
Foundation System. We have attached the following drawings for your review to
receive an alteration of the permit.

Dear Mr. Stites:
On 'March 5, 2007, Me. Tien O'bohell of Andrew Pierce Corporation rhade a rboi)est,for
infdrm'ation of our firm. After a review of the project documents and either "reviewing or
making additional n1culations, the following has been determined:
1 RFI 1; We revised thefoundation sheet SD1 to show the requirement's for a Two
P6 ur. fou'rfdation system. All slabs will need to be doweled into. the. footings with # 4
bars at 24" oc.
-2. RFI 2;.Al'l control joint spacing is to be applied at 12 ft on center as per soils report,
We. have revised our foundation notes on S1 -.0 to reflect this revision. The footing
at front of Foyer needs to be moved back. See revised foundation plain.
The above comments and recommendations may have other than structural ramifications,
which we have not addressed.
Be'adVised that changes to the construction documents need approval of the Building:Official.
