4: Pursuant to Section'6.08.050 of the La Quinta Municipal Code (OrdinanceJ8 § 1'.1982); throughout
• the work site,' the: Permittee sh`all��comply with City regulated work hours: Operation and
maintenance of equipment within one-half mile of human occupancy 'shall be performed only during
the following time periods:.
October 1st to `April 30: Monday -Friday. ;7:00'a:m,.to' S 30 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
