Desert Development --- Val u In addition to the Conditions of Approval for Minor Use Permit 97-028, issued November 13, 1997, the ' following conditions shall be met:. L All approved signs shall be placed no closer, than 5 feet from the edge of pavement of arterial and collector streets leading to the Event. Signs shall be removed within 24'hours after the end of the Event: .2. Permittee shall be responsible for providing continuous dust and erosion control generated by' activities associated with the Event: 3. Streets shall be kept clean and clear to traffic. "Public streets surrounding the Event shall.remain open to through traff c during the Event. 4. Permittee shall assume. responsibility for "repair of any pavement damage to any public or private street and for any damage to"other City streets or facilities as a result of activities associated with the Event. 5.. Alllandscaping, irrigation, decorative rock, decorative concrete, lighting etc. shall be replaced to its original condition. •6. The existing street barricade at the south leg of the Avenue 48 / Dune Palms Road intersection and the existing delineators within the west.to south left-turn:lane .shall be removed during the Event and replaced within 7 days following the Event to the" satisfaction of the City Engineer. 7. Traffic.control shall be`established" such that the south'leg.of the Avenue 48 / Dune Palms Road intersection is only open when a traffic control officer is monitoring traffic movement and the traffic signal is set to operate'in a "flashing red" mode. This movement shall only be 'authorized during the. Event, and normal traffic movements' "shall be established within 24 hours following the Event.
