In addition'lto the standard permit conditions, the following shall apply:
1.
Pursuant to Section 14.16.320 of the La. Quinta Municipal Code (Ordinance 10 § 1 (part), 1982), all
work shall be performed in accordance with the ' latest edition of the Standard Specifications For
Public Works Construction (SSPWC) and as directed by and to the satisfaction of the.CityEngineer.
2.
Rigoberto Reyes, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", shall be responsible for providing continuous .
dust and erosion control. All area's shall be kept watered down daily including weekends.
3.
Streets shall be kept clean. They shall be completely cleaned at the end of each working day and
more frequently if required.
4:
Pursuant to Section 6.08.050 of the La Quinta Municipal Code (Ordinance 1.8 §.1, 1982), throughout
the work site, the Permittee shall comply with City regulated work hours. Operation and
maintenance of equipment within one-half mile of human occupancy shall be performed only during
the following time periods:
October 1 st to April 30: Monday -Friday 7:00 a.m.. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:00. a.m. to 5:00.p.m.
May 1 st to September 30: Monday -Friday , 6:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work shall be prohibited on legal holidays and Sundays.
5.
Pursuant to Section 14.1'6.110 of the La. Quinta Municipal Code (Ordinance 10 § 1 (part), 1982),
Permittee shall assume responsibility for repair of any pavement damage to any public or private
street and for any damage to other City streets or facilities as a result of work performed under this
permit.
6.
Permittee shall notify the City of La Quints Public Works Department a minimum of 48 hours prior
to commencement of any construction at (760) 777-7075.
7.
Pursuant to Chapter 12.56 of the La Quinta Municipal Code (Ordinance 10 § 1 (part), 1982).the.City
has designated certain city streets as Truck Routes. The weight limit for restricted streets (i.e.,-streets
not partof the Truck Route network) is three (3) tons; trucks exceeding the weight limit may use a
restricted street if making a delivery or pickup on the subject street, or if this permit specifically
grants permission to use the street to deliver street construction materials and/or equipment..
8.
This permit is to construct building pad per the permit description.
9.
The City of La Quinta reserves the right to revoke, suspend or void this permit at any time. .

10. If grading is performed prior to Building Permit issuance, a $300.cashiers check shall be posted
with the City at the time of grading permit issuance as a security deposit to ensure dust control
stabilization. If the Building Permit is issued within ninety (90) days after grading permit
issuance, the security deposit will be returned without charge.
1 L If the Building Permit is not issued within ninety (90) days after grading permit issuance, the
Pemittee shall apply a dust.control soil stabilizer to the entire lot, including portions not
impacted by the grading operation. The soil, stabilizer shall have a durability rating of not less
than twenty-four (24) months. If the soil stabilizer is applied without City involvement, the
security deposit will be returned without charge.
12. It is hereby understood and mutually agreed that if the Permittee fails to apply the soil stabilizer
within the required.ninety (90) days, and further fails to apply the dust control soil stabilizer
within 15 days after receiving written notice from the City, the City will cash•the cashiers check
and make. arrangements as necessary to have a dust control stabilizer applied to the lot and
charged against the security deposit funds.
