The Planning Commission at their meeting of September 12, 1989,
adopted Planning Commission Resolutions No.. 89-047 and 89-048,
recommending approval of Tentative'Tract No.,24.890 to the. City
Council and approving. Variance. No. 89-010, respectively, subject
to amended conditions.
The Tentative Tract has been scheduled for a Public Hearing at
the City Council meeting of October 17, 1989, at 7:30 P.M. The
Variance will be considered as a consent calendar. item at the
