As requested, Transtech is pleased to submit the Cost Proposal to the City for the subject services in a separate
envelope.
a. Fees
Transtech will provide building plan check services at a fee of:
65% of fees collected by the City from applicants per City’s current plan check fee schedule.
b. Standard Hourly Rates
For all other services and plan reviews where no fees or reduced fees collected by the City, the following Standard
Hourly Rates apply.
Following is Transtech’s Standard Hourly Rates.

Reimbursable direct expenses are billed at cost plus 10%.
Fees are adjusted annually based on the percentage change Los Angeles-Riverside-Orange County Consumer Price Index-All
Urban Consumers (“CPI-U”) for the preceding twelve-month period as calculated and reported by the U.S. Department of
Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics.
