The event would be hosted at the Empire Polo Grounds. The attendance is estimated at 40,000 people per, day. 7 - City ofrndio city council Minot' December 3, 2!l03 rontinued Commander Roberts indicated the sponsor is requesting the concert be "approved in concept and additionally be allowed to provide onsite camping for some 6,000 people. He indicated his department is prepared for 5,800 campers. Alex Hagen commented last year they had permission to go up to 10,000 people for camping and only had 3,000. He requested the number be left open.
