1. The development of a temporary sales trailer on this site shall be in conformance
with the exhibits contained in the file, unless otherwise amended by the following
conditions.
2. The approved plot plan shall be used within one year; otherwise it shall become null
and void and of no effect whatsoever.
3. Any .temporary signage for the project shall be approved by the Community
Development Department.
4. The approval period shall be for six months from the start of use or until a
permanent sales office is established, whichever occurs first, and shall be subject to
extension by the Community Development Director. The trailer shall be removed
within 30 days of its abandonment of use as a sales trailer.
5. The applicant shall obtain applicable approvals from the County Fire Marshal, public
utilities, etc. as needed.
6. The applicant shall obtain a building permit for the temporary trailer.
7. The applicant shall provide a "Door to remain open during business hours" sign to
be located above the main doorway into the sales trailer or model complex.
8. A fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A10BC shall be mounted by each exit
door of each trailer.
9. Permits for the storage and/or dispersing of any flammable or combustible material
shall be obtained from the Fire Marshal.
10. The premises shall be dept clean at all times and left in a clean state after removal
of the trailer.
11. All security lights shall be tamper resistant and hooded and adjusted to minimize
light glare onto nearby homes or streets.
12. Plans for any fencing and/or blocking access must be submitted to the Fire
Department and Engineering Department for review and approval.
13. The trailer shall not be parked in the street. Parking for customers may be in the
street.

intermediately at min of every 30" of rise.
2. Top Landing Dimensions: Min 60" wide & min
60" in direction of ramp run.
3. Intermediate Landing Dimensions: Width, as
required for ramps. Direction of ramp run, min
60". For intermediate landings which change
direction > 30 degrees, min 72" .
4. Bottom Landing Dimensions: Width, as required
for ramps. Direction of ramp run, min 72%
5. Encroachment of Doors. Doors In any position
can not reduce the min dimensions of landing to
< 42", & can reduce width max 3" when fully
open.
6.. Strike Edge Extension: Width of landing shall
extend 24" past strike edge of any door or gate
for exterior doors, & 18" past strike edge for
interior doors.
