The -Planning- Commission, at its meeting of January 1.4, 2014, approved your request
for permanent wall, signage for Hobby Lobby at 78-850 Highway 1 1 1. The approval
is subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The total square footage for the main business identification signs shall be no
greater than 180 square feet. ..The total square footage- for the four
supplementary signs shall be no greater than 103 square feet. The applicant
shall install the approved signs on the southern building elevation at the
approved locations.
2. Final plans shall ' be reviewed by the Community Development Department prior
to obtaining a building permit.
3. A building. permit shall be obtained prior to any work on the sign being started.
