The plans that we are resubmitting to the City have been modified as follows: The garage has been made deeper to accommodate a side -loaded cart garage. The second floor Rec Room was revised to a bedroom, and the second floor decks have been revised.. A minor change was made to the entrance to the Master Bedroom and Morning Room/Wine Room. We have retained a new Structural Engineer who has re -engineered the whole house, and we are submitting revised Title 24 calculations.
