8. Remove and install buyers wrought iron/ glass gate; NOTE: Gate

9. Remove strips of exiting sod in front yard and recon-figure
irrigation / pop up spray heads in that area for new paver
sidewalk layout.
10. Remove all perimeter pop up spray heads in rear yard and
re -configure new drip emitters to shrubs as needed.
11. Remove selected pigmy palm under patio and selected shrubs
