1. Sheet 1, Index Map, Provide bold outline of the sheet 2 coverage.
2. Sheet 1, Provide soil engineer sign and stamp block. Also, indicate the soils report that this plan pertains to
3. Sheet 1, indicate the Basis of Bearing.
4. Lower title block area, provide the city engineers sign and stamp block.
5. Sheet 1, property owner info requested.
6. Sheet 1, provide grading and paving notes.
7. Sheet 2, provide double hairpin striping notes for parking stalls.
8. Sheet 1, index map, show the drainage path. Need to know where the path ends:
9. Sheet 1, double check all utility phone numbers, several are wrong.
10. Sheet 1, provide storm drain easement boundaries.
11. Sheet 2, provide sidewalk dimension.
12. Sheet 2, taper road section must be AC over CAB, min 3" over 4-1/2".
