reviewed your revised construction document submittal at the July 3, 2018 meeting. The plans were
previously approved to start construction subject to the remaining comments being addressed:
1. The previous comment regarding the stairway privacy wall appears to have been misunderstood.
A solid wall has been provided at the top of the landing; however, the stairway itself must also
have the 5' screen wall rather than be an open railing.
2. Please provide specifications on the plans for all exterior sconces and architectural lighting.
3. The tree locations in the left side yard do not match throughout the plan set (grading, site,
landscape).

5. Attach a copy of the rough or precise grading plan to the Public Works Department showing building location(s)
for pad elevation verification. AO flood zone developments will require an approved flood plain development plan.
6. Attach supporting documentation for wall plan, monument sign, grease trap or special facility installations.
7. Complete and sign the attached water quality management plan (WQMP) exemption form, if applicable. PW

Energy Design Rating (EDR) is an alternate way to express the energy performance of a building using a scoring system where 100 represents the energy performance of the Residential
Energy Services (RESNET) reference home characterization of the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) with California modeling assumptions. A score of zero represents
