1. This facility is not approved for cooking or reheating of food under this approval. The
following items are omitted from this plan approval page A1.0; equipment #8 Sandwich
maker, #9 Egg cake maker, #10 Heat and Serve rethermalizer. Page P1.0 the Chinese
wok and the dishwasher are not approved under this approval. See owner's email
dated 10-29-18.
2. The hot water heater must be a minimum size 40 gallon 40,000btu (without a
dishwasher). _
Any future changes to the menu or adding equipment may need to go through a plan
review.
3. The Syrup dispenser must be NSF or equivalent approved.
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS: Contact the Plan Checker for a Preliminary Inspection when construction is
approximately 80% complete, with plumbing, rough ventilation, and rough equipment installed. Request for inspection
should be made at least five (5) working days in advance.
A FINAL INSPECTION MUST be made upon completion of ALL work including finished details. APPROVAL to operate
shall not be granted, or remodeled areas approved to operate, until the facility has passed the FINAL INSPECTION, and
"APPLICATION TO OPERATE" has been completed and PERMIT FEES have been paid.
