1) INTRODUCTION
This tower is a 65 ft Monopole tower designed by Aerial in November of 2001.
The existing monopole has four major sections connected by slip joints. It has 18 sides and is evenly tapered
from 24.75" (flat -flat) at the base to 14.0" (flat -flat) at the top. The structure is disguised in faux bark and has no
aviation lighting.

3.1) Analysis Method
tnxTower (version 8.0.4.0), a commercially available analysis software package, was used to create a
three-dimensional model of the tower and calculate member stresses for various loading cases.
Selected output from the analysis is included in Appendix A.
3.2) Assumptions
1) Tower and structures were built and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's
specifications.
2) The configuration of antennas, transmission cables, mounts and other appurtenances are as
specified in Tables 1 and 2 and the referenced drawings.
This analysis may be affected if any assumptions are not valid or have been made in error. CLS
Group should be notified to determine the effect on the structural integrity of the tower.

4.1) Recommendations
The tower and its foundation have sufficient capacity to carry the proposed load configuration. No
modifications are required at this time.

CLS GROUP SUPPLEMENTARY ASSUMPTIONS AND CONDITIONS
This analysis considers only the theoretical capacity of structural components and it is not a condition assessment of the
tower or foundation. The validity of the analysis is dependent on the accuracy of structural information supplied by
others. The tower owner is responsible for verifying this information. If any provided information is revised after
completion of this analysis, CLS Group should be notified immediately to revise results.
This analysis assumes the following
1) The tower and foundation (if applicable) were properly constructed as per the original design and have been
properly maintained in accordance with applicable code standards unless field information shows otherwise.
2) All prior structural modifications, if any, are assumed to be correctly installed and fully effective unless field
information shows otherwise.
3) All mounts are assumed adequate to support their antenna loading. No structural verification of the mounts has
been performed. This analysis is limited to analyzing only the tower its foundation (if applicable).
4) Some conservative assumptions are made regarding appurtenances and their projected areas based on careful
interpretation of data supplied, previous experience and standard industry practice.
All opinions and conclusions are considered accurate to a reasonable degree of engineering certainty based upon the
evidence available at the time of the report and are subject to revision based upon receipt of new or updated
information. All services are provided exercising a level of care and diligence equivalent to the standard of our
profession. No warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, is offered. All services are confidential in nature and
