Since the improvement is within the courtyard, no $400 fee will be necessary. • The pergola shown must be wooden. There is a second pergola not shown on the plans, but it is in the video, which needs to be included in the plans and wooden. b The design plan should include elevations for all structures. (Fire Pit, bar area, planters, etc) m We would need color samples for the coping behind the water feature, fire pit, and the travertine tiles for the walkway. (just drop them off at security for me) It is unclear from the plan, but proper clearance between the properties would be necessary for fire department access. Check with the city on dimensions as part of the city permit process your contractor will need to follow. Please submit at least two copies of the revised plans.
