The homeowner and the contractor to schedule a meeting with the Landscape/hTigation Manager, Bill Bobbitt, and the Maintenance/Lighting Manager, William Aceves, after receiving the `Notice to Proceed' letter and prior to thestart of any work. The purpose is to confirm the pre -construction condition, establishing the responsibility for existing HOA property. This is essential since a pool addition impacts the existing landscaping, irrigation, lighting and hardscape. 3. It is 'critical" that the surface grape alone the South wall adiacent to the new Wool be maintained or regrarded in such a manner. as to allow unobstructed surface water flow for drainage towards the lake There is an existing „drain system in the area where the cool is to be constructed. This system should be modified to remain functional. If plant material is installed in this area it must not block the flow of water. 4. The contractor is to verify and locate any easements and under round utilities. Any dama a or disru tion is to be repaired immediately. Note: there are like!y existing irrigation main lines and control wires in this area to be verified and the HOA notified. 5. The contractor is responsible for all protection, rerouting and modifications of existing utility services belonging to HOA or utility companies. The HOA and its' representatives do not accept any responsibility for verification or accuracy of this information. 6. Any electrical wiring exposed during construction must be reported to the HOA. 7. The contractor to repair and/or replace any damaged irrigation, landscape, hardscape, lights, drainage devices or street surface damage to the satisfaction of the HOA. 8.
