ORS Rooting incorporated would first like to thank you for the opportunity to bid on your upcoming roof project.
The following agreement shaft be between ORS Roofing Inc. (contractor) and the property owner fisted above or
an authorized agent. The terms of agreement and scope of work are as follows.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
A. BRS Roofing shall provide all labor. materials and equipment $a perform ❑'1 specified walk listed In the scope. BRS
Roofing shall provide and malniain nil necessary licenses, insurance: certificates, and city requred building permits
for the duration of the roof project.
S. All work shall be performed in a professional manor In accordance with all City Ordinances and Safety Standards,
C. Owner or nuihorized agent shell provide adequate access of the properly and staging areas as needed for the
completion of the roof project.
D. All necessary notifications will be provided prior to the start of the project.
E. BRS Roofing Inc. will nol be responsible for the Identification or removal of asbestos, mold, mildew, rodents or any
other hazardous materials.
F. Upan completion of project. where a Zang -term warranty ha: been issued (5+ years). ORS Roofing will provide a
maintenance program to help maintain the integrity of the roof and its warranties. If sufficient maintenance is not
performed to the standards of BRS Roofing Inc. and the Material Manufactures, BRS Roofing Inc, shall have the right
to terminate warranty-
G. BRS Roofing Inc. will not be responsible for any damages or unoulhorized repairs performed by others on warronfied
areas. BRS Roofing Inc. shall have the right to disconlinue warranties in immediate areas until properly repaired or
inspected.
H. All objects enabling the completion of the roof project must be removed prior to the start of the project, (trees.
