ORS Roofing Incorporated would first like to thank you for the opportunity to bid on your upcoming roof project.
The following agreement shall be between ORS Roofing Inc. (contractor) and the property owner listed above or
an outhorized agent. The terms of agreement and scope of work are as follows.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
A. BR5 Roofing shall provide all labor. materials and equipment fo perform ofl specified work listed in the scope. BRS
Roofing shall provide and motnlo;n all necessary licenses, insurance cerfiticales, and city reclu red building permits
for the duration of the roof project,
B. All work shall be performed in a professional manor in accordance with all City Ordinances and Safely Standards,
C. Owner or authorized agenl shall provide adequate access of the property and staging areas as needed for the
completion of the roof project.
D. All necessary notifications will be provided prior to the start of the project-
E. BRS Roofing Inc, will not be responsible for the identification or removal of asbestos, mold, mildew, rodents or any
other hazardous materials.
F. Upon completion of project, where a long-term warronty has been issued [5+ years). BRS Roofing will provide a
maintenance program to help maintain the integrity of the roof and its wananties. If sufficient maintenance Is not
Performed to the standards of BRS Roofing Inc, and the Material Manufactures- BRS Roofing Inc. shots have One right
io terminate wananty.
R. BRS Roofing Inc, will not be responsible for any damages or unauthorized repairs performed by olhers on warrantied
areas. BRS Roofing Inc. shall have the right to discontinue warranties in Immediate areas until properly repaired or
inspected.
H. All objects enabling the completion of the roof project must be removed prior to the start of the project, (trees,
satellite dishes, awnings, etc.)
