8RS Rooting Incorporated would fist Oke to thank you for the opportunity to bid on your upcoming roof project.
The following agreement shall be between 8RS Roofing Inc. (contractor) and the property owner listed above or
an authorized agent. The forms of agreement and scope of work are as follows.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
A. BRS Roofing shall provide all labor. materials and equipment to perform aH specified work listed In the scope. BRS
Roofing shall provide and molnlain all necessary licenses, insurance certificates. and city requ red building permits
for the duration of the roof project-
B. All work shall be performed in a professional manor in accordance with all City Ordinances and Safety Standards,
C. Owner or authorized agent shall provide adequate access of the property and staging areas as needed for the
completion of the roof project.
D. All necessary notifications will be provided prior to the start of the project-
E. BRS Roofing Inc. will not be responsible for the identification or removal of asbestos, mold, mildew, rodents or any
other hazardous materials.
F. Upon completion of project. where o long-term warranty hos been issued (5+ years). 8R5 Roofing will provide a
maintenance program to help maintain the integrity of the roof and Its warranties. If sufficient mo nienance Is not
performed to the standards of BRS Roofing Inc. and the Material Manufaclures. BRS Routing Inc, shall have the right
to terminate warraniy.
G. BRS Roofing Inc, will not be responsible for any damage: or unauthorized repairs performed by others on worrontied
areas. BRS Roofing Inc. shall have the right to discontinue warranties in Immediate areas until properly repaired or
Inspected.
H. All objects enabling the completion of the roof project must be removed prior to the start of the project, (trees,
