BRS Roofing Incorporated would first like to thank you for the opportunity to bid on your upcoming roof project.
The following agreement shall be between BRS Roofing Inc. (contractor) and the property owner listed above or
an authorized agent. The terms of agreement and scope of work are as follows.
TERMS OF AGREEMENr
A. BRS Roofing shall provide all labor. materials and equipment to perform all specified work listed In the scope. BRS
Rooting shall provide and mainto:n all necessary licenses, insurance certificates, and city requ red building permits
for the duration of the roof project.
B. All work shall be performed in a professional manor in accordance with all City Ordinances and Safety Standards,
C. Owner or oulhorized agent shall provide adequate access of the properly and staging areas as needed for the
completion of }he roof project.
D. All necessary notifications will be provided prior to the start of the project-
E. BRS Roofing Inc. will not be responsible for the identification or removal of asbestos, mold, mildew, rodents or any
other hazardous moferiols.
F. Upon completion of project. where a long-term warranty no- been Issued 15+ yeorsj. ORS Roofing will provide a
maintenance program to help maintain the integrity of the root and its warranties. If suf liclent mointenance Is not
performed to the standards of BR5 Roofing Inc. and the Material Manufaclures. 8R5 Roofing Inc. shall have the right
