BRS Roofing Incorporated would first like to thank you for the opportunity to bid on your upcoming roof project.
The following agreement shall be between BRS Roofing Inc. (contractor) and the property owner listed above or
an authorized agent. The terms of agreement and scope of work are as follows.
TERMS OF AGREEMEW
A. ORS Roofing shall provide ell labor, materials and equipment to perform a!I specified work listed In the scope. BRS
Roofing shall provide and maintain all necessary licenses, insurance certificates, and city reclu red building permits
for the duration of the roof project.
B. All work shall be performed in a professional monor in accordance with all City Ordinances and Safety Standards,
C. Owner or authorized agent shall provide adequate access of the properly and staging areas as needed for the
completion of the roof project.
D. All necessary notifications will be provided prior to the start of the project-
E. ORS Roofing Inc. will not be responsible for the identification or removal of asbestos, mold, mildew, rodents or any
other hazardous materials.
F. Upon completion of project, where a long-term wanonly has been Issued (5+-years). BRS Roofing will provide a
maintenance program to help maintain the integrity at the roof and its warranties. If sufficient maintenance Is not
performed to the standards of BRS Roofing Inc. and the Malerial Manulaclures. 6RS Roofing lnc. shall have the right
to terminate woncnty.
0. BRS Roofing ina, will not be responsible for any damcget or unouthorized repairs performed by others on warrontied
areas. 895 Roofing Inc. shall have the right to disconfinue warranties in immediate areas until properly repaired or
Inspected.
H. All objects enabling the completion of the roof project must be removed prior to the start of the project. (trees,
