BRS Roofing Incorporated would fist like to thank you for the opportunity to bid on your upcoming roof project.
The following agreement shall be between BRS Roofing Inc. (contractor) and the property owner listed above or
an authorized agent. The terms of agreement and scope of work are as follows.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
A. BRS Roofing shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform all specified work listed in the scope. BRS
Roofing sh011 provide and moWo n all necessaryy licenses, insurance certificates, and city requ red building permits
for the duration of the toot project.
B. All work shall be performed Ina professional manor In accordance with all City Ordinances and Safety Standards,
