BRS Roofing incorporated would first like to thank you for the opportunity to bid on your upcoming roof project.
The following agreement shall be between BRS Rooting Inc. (contractor) and the property owner listed above or
an authorized agent. The terms of agreement and scope of work are as follows.
TERMS DF AGREEMENT
A. BRS Roofing shah provide all labor. materials and equipment to perform all specified work listed In the scope. BRS
Roofing shalt provide and maintain oil necessary licenses, insurance certificates, and city reclu red building permits
for the duration of the roof project.
B. All work shall be performed in a professional manor in accordance with all City Ordinances and Safety Standards,
C. Owner or authorizers agent shah provide adequate access of the property and staging areas as needed for the
completion of the roof project.
D. All necessary notifications will be provided prior to the start of the project-
E. BRS Roofing Inc. will not be responsible for the Identification or removal of asbestos, mold, mildew, rodents or any
other hazardous materials.
F. Upon completion of project, where a long-term warranty ho: been issued 0� years). BRS Roofing will provide a
maintenance program to help maintain Ilse integrity of the roof and its warranties. If sufficient maintenance is not
Performed to the standards of BRS Roofing Inc, and the Malerlal Manufactures. BRS Roofing Inc. shall have the right
to terminate warranty.
G. BRS Roofing Inc, will not be responsible for any damage: or unauthorized repairs performed by other on wanantied
areas. BRS Roofing Inc. shall have the right to discontinue warranties in immediate areas until properly repaired or
inspected.
