BRS Roofing Incorporated would first like to thank you for the opportunity to bid on your upcoming roof project.
The following agreement shalt be between BRS Roofing Inc. (contractor) and the property owner listed above or
an authorized agent. The forms of agreement and scope of work are as follows.
TERMS OF AGREER+tr=flT
A. BRS Roofing shall provide all labor. materiols and equipment to perform at specified work listed In the scope. BRS
Roofing shall provide and mainlo+n all necessary licenses, insurance certificates. and city regv red building permits
for the duration of the too! project.
S. All work shall be performed in a professional manor in accordance with all City Ordinances and Safety Standards,
C. Owner or authorized agent shall provide adequate access of the property and staging areas as needed for the
completion of the roof project.
D. All necessary notifications will be provided prior to the start of the project.
E. BRS Rooting Inc, will no be responsible for the identification or removal of asbestos, mold, mildew, rodents or any
other hazardous motedois.
F. Upon completion of project, where a long•lerm warranty has been Issued (5+ years). ORS Roofing will provide o
maintenance program to help maintoin the integrity of the roof and its warranties, If sufficient mantenance is not
performed to the standards of BRS Roofing Inc. and the Material Manufaclure$. 8RS Roofing Inc, shall have the right
to terminate warranty.
0. BRS Roofing Inc. will not be responsible for any damages or unauthorized repoirs performed by others on warronWd
areas. 8R5 Roofing Inc. shall have the right to discontinue warranties in Immediate areas until properly repaired or
inspected.
