This approval is subject to a formal plan being submitted that indicates the required setbacks imposed by
the City of La Quinta, as well as construction details. Additionally, the committee will need to
understand how construction and access will be handled_ If shared walls or gates must be removed for
access, neighbor approval will be required. The plan submittal should also include the location of the
