Architectural/Landscape Review Committee approval is requested for the proposed modifications listed above prior to any work commencing.
Applicable drawings are attached and delineate the type of material and specifications. All work will be performed by licensed, insured
contractors or by the homeowner doing their own work on their property as an owner. It is fully understood that the applicant is responsible
for obtaining any and all permits associated with the improvements. All costs will be the applicant's responsibility including, but not limited
to, irrigation lines, electrical, future water source and plant material. At the Board's discretion a deposit and/or management processing fee
may be required. Final approval of any and all landscaping modifications must be approved by the Association before project can be closed.
