Hi Edie,
The LQ Resort had rain damage in Feb to their lower units of a 2 story building and
they are applying for. Building Permits to replace decks of 63 upper level units and
drywall repair to the lower units.
So, I need your help to determine if the La Quinta Resort's application for replacing
decks and drywall repair does (or not) qualify for exception #2 (Ref. LQMC Section
2.65.060) of the Arts in Public Places program.
