Schedule Strategies
Weekly:
csnserve
LandCare
- Supervisor to visit every each site weekly to ensure quality and deploy personnel as
necessary to 'hot -spots'
- Dedicated irrigator to check irrigation weekly. Irrigation status reports to be
submitted on a weekly basis with photos documenting issues.
- All field level employees (Foreman, Gardeners, Irrigators) will be dedicated to the
account. No field workers will be shared with another City of La Quinta project. This
Monthly:
does not apply to the mow crew.
Submit a schedule at the beginning of each month to City outlining upcoming work
to be performed for the month. Items would include pruning, tree trimming,
seeding, fertilization, etc.
Report generated on a monthly basis that would document all work performed from
the previous month. It would also document 'scheduled vs actual' on all scheduled
items to track performance.
- Monthly job meetings with City of La Quinta management and supervisors to discuss
previous month's work, outstanding issues, upcoming work, outstanding work
orders and challenges.
Quarterly:
- Work will be judged by an independent panel and scored on a scale. Criteria for
scoring will be based on quality of work and safety. This will include shrub pruning,
turf quality, tree quality, and safety. Scoring will be generated and turned over with
comments to the City of La Quinta for review.
