Irrigation status reports to be submitted on a weekly basis with photos documenting issues. - All field level employees (Foreman, Gardeners, Irrigators) will be dedicated to the account. No field workers will be shared with another City of La Quinta project. This Monthly: does not apply to the mow crew. Submit a schedule at the beginning of each month to City outlining upcoming work to be performed for the month. Items would include pruning, tree trimming, seeding, fertilization, etc. Report generated on a monthly basis that would document all work performed from the previous month. It would also document 'scheduled vs actual' on all scheduled items to track performance. - Monthly job meetings with City of La Quinta management and supervisors to discuss previous month's work, outstanding issues, upcoming work, outstanding work orders and challenges. Quarterly: - Work will be judged by an independent panel and scored on a scale. Criteria for scoring will be based on quality of work and safety. This will include shrub pruning, turf quality, tree quality, and safety.
