Before, any cranes, forklifts, or other aerial equipment are raised, please check .for overhead wires. Please note that California Title 8, ,Electrical Safety Orders, specifies the closest distance that unqualified electrical, workers can get to electrically. energized .'.conductors: Unqualified. -electrical workers can get no :closer than. six () feet to Imperial Irrigation. District distribution lines and no closer.than ten (10) feet to transmission . lines. People operating boom type lifting or hoisting, equipment -can get no closer than' 10 feet to distribution lines and 17 feet to transmission lines. 10 13. ',Roadways and intersections shall remain readily accessible for passage of emergency'response vehicles and private. vehicles. 14. The serving of food at the event. shall be subject to* rules and requirements of.the Riverside Cou.nty Health Department.. 20. The site shall be left clean.and, in its original manner after the event. The applicant shall have Avenida Bermudas cleaned of all'debris prior to the reopening .of the street. 21. As City,Council approval of any street closure ;is required, the applicant is conditioned to submit next year's application 60 days :in advance of the, event. Failure to submit the application in a timely manner may result in delay or denial. The City `may elect to add conditions to this application request to mitigate any problems 'that,arise not previously addressed herein. This decision may be appealed .to the Planning Commission, provided the written appeal. and filing fee of '$175.00 are submitted to this Department, within 15 calendar:days of.the approval; Please contact this office should you wish to file an appeal, -and we will assist you in that regard.
