The Architectural Committee met on May 9, 2019 and reviewed and approved your architectural
plans with the following conditions being met.
■ An Agreement and Covenant Running with the Land will be required for
these improvements being made. The homeowner will be responsible for the Fire Pits,
water feature, pool resurfacing and Decking where the improvement is being added.
■ All other PGA WEST II Residential Association Architectural Rules & Regulations dated
9/25/2017 pertain to this project.

Your contractor will need to contact O'Connell Landscape before any irrigation modifications
associated with this change are started. Your Contractor will be given this information in a separate
communication. We will also provide them with Marc Guiragossian, Assistant Manager and Loni
Peterson, the General Manager for PGA West II contact information. Damage to landscaping, i.e.
shrubs, trees, flowers and turf is the responsibility of the contractor. The original landscaping must
be brought back to its original condition when the project is completed.
