I am pleased to inform you that the Committee has approved your application as submitted with the following conditions: • Construction access is through the west side yard (see enclosed photo); ■ Existing wall and landscaping are returned to their original condition; • A protective barrier such as plywood is used to protect the Association's street and curbing during vehicle ingress/egress; ■ Job site and street is cleaned and left in a tidy manner on a daily basis. • For safety purposes, the quantity of construction vehicles must be kept minimal and parked on the east side of the street. The Committee did not approve access through the west side wall that faces Troon Way due to the maturity of the healthy plant material that would have required removal.
