I was able to inspect failed part according to the utility provider. Found no failure of any kind. Power was working prior to my arrival and the disconnection of the power. Lug and buss appears to be in good working order panel and parts are in good working order. If repair was to be made it would be only preventative maintenance for a possible future issue.
