This correspondence shall serve as notification from the Tradition Architectural Design Review
Committee ("ADRC") that your revised front yard landscape remodel was approved at the March 7, 2019
meeting, subject to the following comments being addressed:
1. Please confirm that the underground drainage does connect to a drywell and not just a bubbler
box.
2. Details "I" and "J" d not appear to have been modified to address the previous comment
regarding the entry step details. There is still a cantilever and a straight edge detail being
submitted — please clarify the intended design and omit details that do not apply to this project.
3. The landscape light fixtures noted on the plans are discontinued. If these are existing fixtures
there is no further action required. If new fixtures are being proposed, please submit a light
fixture that is currently available for purchase.
4. Please clarify the finish details on the entry columns_ If limestone is being proposed a sample
must be submitted for consideration.
5. Please submit an artificial turf sample for approval prior to purchase and installation.
