SUBJECT: SIGN APPLICATION 2008-1251; JUST JAVA COFFEE
Dear Mr. Wright:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one permanent illuminated
back of building sign for Just Java Coffee, located at 46-520 Washington Street, Suite #1, within
Washington Park. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit is for one building -mounted illuminated channel letter sign. The sign
materials and location are per approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. The Just Java Coffee sign shall not exceed twenty one (21) square feet in area. No other
building mounted signs shall be approved for Just Java Coffee.
3. The sign letters, sign size and location shall conform to the approved Sign Program for
Washington Park. (SA 2003-682).
4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation
of the signs.
I have enclosed two stamped approved copies of the plans for your records.
