The approval is subject to the following Conditions: 1.. This sign permit is for two building -mounted internally -illuminated channel letter sign. The sign size; materials, illumination, and location are per approved plans on file with the Planning Department. 2. Each sign shall not exceed twenty (20) square feet in area. 3.
