The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for one (1)
building -mounted illuminated business identification signs for "Jonathan's Cleaners", located at
46660 Washington Street, Suite 1. The sign is a relocation from tenant space at 46480
Washington Street, and has been determined to be consistent with the provisions of the
approved sign program for Washington Park. This sign is approved per the sign exhibits
enclosed, subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sigr: permit grants one (1) building -mounted illuminated business identification sign,
reading "Jonathan's Cleaners", one sign on the building's west elevation above the
leasehold space. The sign shall not exceed 32.5 square feet, and shall be designed and
placed in conformance with the sign graphics on file with this application, with the
