Payment Draw Schedule:
$1,000.00 at signing, 50% at start of demo, 30% after interior, exterior painting and tiling is complete

Payment Agreement:
All payments are due at the start of execution as per the draw schedule above. If any payment is not
made when due, Contractor may suspend work on the job until such time as all payments have been
made. Failure to make payment for period of excess of 5 days from the due date may be deemed a
material breach of this contract. If invoices are not paid in full for the labor, services, equipment, pull off
charges or materials furnished or to be furnished, a Mechanic's Lien may be filed resulting in the
possible loss, through court foreclosure proceedings, of all or part of the property being improved, and
shall void all warranty on materials and workmanship. In the event enforcement of this contact
necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and related expenses.
