EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The land owner proposes the subdivision of a 19,943 square foot lot into two lots of 10,000 and 9,943 square feet in an existing neighborhood. The site is located in the RL-10,000 zone. One of the two lots is proposed to be less than 10,000 square feet. In order to allow the subdivision, the Parcel Map must be accompanied by a Minor Adjustment. This application is currently being processed. Staff anticipates that this item will be heard at the February 17, 2016 Director’s hearing. The surrounding property owners will be notified of both the Parcel Map and the Minor Adjustment application, and the applications will be advertised prior to the hearing.
