Dear Larry & Linda Goodman:
The Architectural Committee met on June 12, 2019 and reviewed and approved your architectural
plans with the following conditions being met.
Contractor must clean out all landscape drainage pipes and insure water runs to the street.
® Water lines must be tied into the Homeowners water with separated valve for pool and
spa shut off.
All landscape and irrigation damaged during construction must be put back prior to
submitting the NOC.
An Agreement and Covenant Running with the Land will be required for
these improvements being made. The homeowner will be responsible for the Pool & Spa
Pavers, and Courtyard Pavers where the improvement is being added.
All other PGA WEST II Residential Association Architectural Rules & Regulations dated
9/25/2017 pertain to this project.

It is the responsibility of the owner to fu11y understand and conform to the
Architectural Rules criteria whether or not all deficiencies are noted during review. .It
is also the owner`s full responsibility to field verify_all existing conditions. The

Architectural Roles for all required submittals
Your contractor will need to contact O'Connell Landscape before any irrigation modifications
associated with this change are started. Your Contractor will be given this information in a separate
communication. We will also provide them with Marc Guiragossian Assistant Manager and Loni
Peterson, the General Manager for PGA West II contact information. Damage to landscaping, i.e.
shrubs, trees, flowers and turf is the responsibility of the contractor. The original landscaping must
be brought back to its original condition when the project is completed.
Your contractor must schedule a meeting with Command Center, Phone: 760-564-5452 @ Palmer
Gate, prior to any work commencing to review the Rules of the Master Association and Res II.
Approvals given by the Architectural Committee are good for only six months from the date on
the approval letter. If construction has not commenced within six months after the project approval
date, a new application must be submitted.
Upon completion of your project, please complete and return the Notice of Completion of
Architectural/Landscape Change form.
