Essentially the plans received were as noted by items 1,2,3,6 and 8 as previously submitted and approved. The noted sheets per items 4,7,10,13,14,15 and 17 as updated - previously and approved. The foundation and structural plans are pending, to be submitted when completed by the consultants per items 5 and 9. The E2 revised sheet was provided. There are additional sheets pending that will be shown on the Cover Sheet Index. The dates on the Architectural and Site sheets received are all shown with "printing dates" of 3/18/2019. Based on the progress submittals to date and the working drawings in production, the project is progressing in accordance with the Custom Home Guidelines. As a reminder, the 20' lake maintenance easement was described and discussed to understand this condition.
