Good afternoon Doug?
I cant tell you how much I appreciate you working through this with me as we really do want to
be your company of choise but of course needs to be a win win scenario for the both of us.
With that being said and as discussed as you can see we are quite different than the others out
there discussing things that they will only bring up if you bring them to their attention. We are a
straight forward company and is the reason for our high success rate out here in the desert.
Since it is not an apples to apples scenario why don't we remove the following items.
1. Remove Our Preferred Maintenance plan {Which you do want to make sure it is tuned
up and inspected at least once per year to upholf all your manufacturers warranties
2. Remove the Lifetime Warranty workmanship warranty and just make it 2 year labor
(Most companies ar ony one year anyway so we are still better in that respect.
3. Remove the higher efficiency air filter and just put in standard fiber glass filter like the
rest do
4. Remove the Safety Disconnect box as your current one is operational however you want
to keep a close eye on it to eventually have that replaced as well.
5. Remove the Locking caps for the refrigerant
Everything else we will honor as stipulated to make sure we pass code inspections
including that third party HERS testing, local permits and copper condensate line.
III still keep the LIFETIME HEAT EXCHANGER AND 12 YEAR COMPRESSOR (Which are the
hearts of the system)
And I will take off an additional $500 if we can install for you this Wed.
