Dear Mr. and Mrs. Powell:
This correspondence shall serve as notification from the Tradition Architectural Design Review
Committee CADRC") that the revised construction remodel documents were reviewed at the
May 2, 2019 meeting. The project was approved to start construction subject to the following
comments being addressed:
1. The color and material samples must be provided prior to purchase and installation,
including the paint color LRV. In addition, a large stone sample will be required as the
specification is noted as "Modern Materials" which is typically a thin -cut, dry -stack stone
product which does not match the hatching call -outs indicated on the elevations.
2. The exterior light fixture was approved, subject to the bulb wattage being provided prior
to purchase and installation.
3. The raised wall at the back of the pool is indicated as 18" on the Construction Plan;
however, detail D/L-5 shows the wall as 24". Please indicate the finish grade elevation to
help clarify what surface the 18" height is being measured from for construction. .
4. If your review fee has not been provided, please submit it to the Association immediately.
