New clay bird stops will be installed before the first course tiles along the metal drip edge. The clay bird stops not only look nice but they help prevent critter intrusion under the tiles. New flashings will be installed on the roof penetrations and will be painted to blend in. All the flashings will be nailed down and sealed with silicone at the nail holes as needed. The tiles that were set aside for re -use will be re -installed, cemented individually with mortar. The tiles that are broken will be replaced with tiles to match the existing tiles as needed. The work area will be cleaned and cleared of all roofing debris at the end of the day.
