The recommendations of consultants was to eliminate the underground ducting and go to an overhead designed system. The revised plans in this submittal reflect -the new design and.include plans by all consultants affected. The overall impact on structure is in the roof system which now allows for attic forced air units and overhead ducting. Please seerattached structural plans and revision list by Young Engineering for clarification of all structural revisions. Also, see plans by Breeze Air Conditioning for HVAC and Title 24 revisions, and Eglert Gutierrez for Plumbing revisions. Truss books are by Houston Lumber. We hope you find this submittal complete.
